I often tell people my only creative release is through cooking. I also consider my writing to be witty, reader friendly, and sometimes, intelligent. Sounds like a natural fit for a good food blog right? I've thought of starting one at least 15 times now and each time I hit the "add new post" button, my mind goes ::poop::
But alas, it is 2012! New Year's resolutions! Presidential elections! Possibly Mayan doom! There is no time like the present, amirite?
Seriously forks (Dan that's for you), this blog is in partial credit to my friend Lindsay for reigniting her own blog, and Tina & Juliet who continue to tell me that I need to start documenting my endless kitchen endeavors.
I hope to catalog more than just my cooking, but that's how I'm popping my blogger cherry. Enjoy!
